ST. LOUIS — The St. Louis Blues set a team record with their 11th straight win when Ryan O’Reilly scored 34 seconds into overtime for a 3-2 victory against the Toronto Maple Leafs at Enterprise Center on Tuesday.
O’Reilly scored the game-winner on a 2-on-1 with Vladimir Tarasenko.
St. Louis (32-22-5) tied the record of 10 straight wins, also accomplished Jan. 3-23, 2002. The Blues were tied with the Buffalo Sabres (Nov. 8-27) for the longest winning streak in the NHL this season.
Jordan Binnington made 31 saves for the Blues, whose shutout streak ended at 233:50, the second-longest in their history. Binnington has won nine straight starts, a Blues rookie record.
Jaden Schwartz and Colton Parayko scored for St. Louis, which moved six points ahead of the Dallas Stars for third place in the Central Division. The Blues haven’t trailed in a game since Feb. 5, a stretch of 493:08.
Zach Hyman and Auston Matthews scored, and Frederik Andersen made 38 saves for Toronto (36-19-4), which finished 3-2-1 on a six-game road trip. The Maple Leafs trail the Boston Bruins by two points for second place in the Atlantic Division.
The Blues took a 2-0 lead for a seventh straight game when Schwartz (10:13) and Parayko (17:42) scored in the first period.

The Maple Leafs rallied with two goals in 31 seconds in the third period. Hyman ended the Blues shutout streak at 6:34 before Matthews tied it 2-2 at 7:05.
Maple Leafs center Nazem Kadri did not play after the first period because of a concussion after being hit by Blues defenseman Vince Dunn.
Tarasenko’s NHL career high 12-game point streak ended. He had 22 points (11 goals, 11 assists) over that stretch.
